Printed & Online critical, documentation and evaluation ‘device’

Magazines & Internet websites are the  formats of critical, documentation and evaluation device about M8 and CPS’s approach, ideas, formats and projects by the collective effort. The following documents will be available during ¿The Rest is History?

Braille document – Through a study of the construction of the relationship between the media and the local reality, Chamber of Public Secrets investigates the possibilities for engaging with new audiences. This questions the fundamental ideas of truth, fact and history. The key purpose of this document is to explore projects relating to the notion of sight, particularly referring to the transfer of hidden knowledge, which acts as a filter for non-visual life. It includes research by Professor John Kennedy focused on Esref Armagan, a blind artist, and further information on guided tours by the social activist group Wooloo.

Nolens Volens – CPS artists Erlea Maneros Zabala, Michael Takeo Magruder, and Nada Prlja present new works specifically for the next issue of Nolens Volens Magaine. Also featuring in this issue with be an extract from CPS curator Alfredo Cramerotti’s recent book ‘Aesthetic Journalism’ and works by Berlin based artist Micheal Baers.

no-typical.tv – Working with artist group Wooloo, no-typical.tv will present new work created by resident artists on the ‘New Life Residency’, on its online channel.
