Thierry Geoffroy / Colonel will investigate about the Biennale title “in dialogue with Northern Africa ”

How was this title choosen and why ?

Is this title a wish for the future , a constatation , or pure propaganda to make a diversion about a non existing dialogue?

What form does the dialogue take ?

Can we test the nature of the dialogue ?

How and why was this title choosen for the Manifesta , what are the motivations  ?

What is true and not true about the history of this dialogue ?

What are the situations on the streets , the harbour , the different areas in Murcia

Thierry Geoffroy will investigate like inspecteur Colombo , interrogating ,confronting and  looking for evidences of a dialogue or a non dialogue .

Are there any backstage stories ?

What were the motivations of choosing such a title at the edge of EU borders ?

Artiste Reporter will be looking for evidences and exposing distinctions about today’s world. Taking on the role of investigative journalist Colonel will interview the public seeking attitudes on current news and events.
